She is responsible for innovation and organizational change management projects in various public and private schools and educational institutions in Spain and Latin America. Furthermore, she has had the opportunity to work with schools on all five continents, leaving her personal mark on them.
Author of several books for school principals, his work includes the book " ZERO DEGREES: SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN THE AGE OF AI" (2020) and " SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND AI: LEADERSHIP OR COLLAPSE. The management of the Digital Rhinoceros " (2025).

Restless and passionate about sports, he is an ultramarathon runner and participates in long-distance triathlons. A black belt in judo under Master Rafael Ortega, sport is his way of life.
A father of a large family, with a deep sense of humanist values, he has Basque roots and is a great friend to his friends.
